14th Day
Rule #1: Shooting nature is unpredictable in nature.

rying to avoid any more trails I was tuned to go for a nice and sunny shot. Yesterday's sunset was very impressive which made me hope for an even more impressive day. In fact it got warm but cloudy, no sun at all.
14th Day - Clear Valley
At least we didn't get any more fog and in despair I went to resolve the puzzle of day 5 when fog limited the view across the valley. As snow is melting like crazy the whole thing got rather dark and less poetic than what it was on day 5 but I'm just happy I made today's entry. As I have so many nice shots from previous days I found that 'no shoe-boxing' rule quite a challenge today.

'Tis not called a challenge for nothing! But you did well to get something in. I find this perhaps a little dark but the welcoming sparkly lights in the background make up for it.
That's a tough shot and you've handled it well.
It's lucky by the look of that one you managed to find a spot to take.
Yes it's dark though I can still see lots of things in it, the far away lights are compelling to look at.

Being reasonably dark the photo has a sinister air about it which is very compelling. I like the streaks of light in the sky and the lights in the distance really add to the atmosphere of the photo.
